Where can I find stickers for ceramic tile.

The back-splash in my kitchen all white 4×4 tile. Looks like a hospital operating room. I want a row of black all the away around without replacing the tiles. I saw tile stickers being used on DIY program to change the colors but I can’t find them anyplace. Can anyone help. john
