What are the letters for these blanks.

I’m playing a MUD, and when I go into this room with the name “The Kitchen”. This is the description:
If a mad scientist ever decided to focus his efforts on cooking, this would
be his secret laboratory. Just about every cooking gadget ever invented seems
to be in here somewhere. The truly frightening thing is that they all seem to
be well used. This includes the various things that look like torture
devices, but can be presumed to be designed for culinary purposes only
because they are in a kitchen.
When I further examine the gadgets, I see an oven. When I examine the oven, I see a handle. When I examine the handle, I get this:
Something is engraved in the handle:
T___o_f_r_h_r___o___u_t_v_n_s_.
The area is filled with gremlins. The person who made this puzzle is known for them being really close to impossible. Anybody know.
