I am REALLY scared.

the wierdest thing just happened to me twice. im freaked out.
first i went to the kitchen to grab something to eat. so i approached the pantry and as i reached out it opened.
then i lost my tv remote and i have a dog that love to grab things and put it under the bed so i put my hand under the bed and felt around . i could not find it so i placed my right hand under the bed to search the other side and then i feel something touch my other hand as if someone placed it there
i pull out my hand and voula the remote was there only one problem my left hand was completely still. im so scared that i put my clothes on thinking a ghost was following me lolz (i usually sleep naked more comfortable)

Dont be scared. If its a ghost and it hasnt killed you yet you have nothing to worry about.
But you could have an outbreak of gremlins. Please research Bugs Bunny for more info

The pantry door might have been a bit loose and when you walked by the air around it moved and made it come all the way open. That probably freaked you out and you got so scared that you imagined something touched your hand. Or maybe it was a bit of dust or cloth or something under your bed. I know it’s scary but just try and talk yourself through everything this way - think of the least scary reason these things might be happening.

My mother died 2yrs ago and sometimes things like that happen especially I cant find something or I am short 20 or 30.00 for a bill and it appears out of no where , I think my mom is watching over me and helping me in some situations . Maybe someone that has passed on is watching over you, dont be scared , when things like that happen to me I say Thanks mom.
Question why did you tell us how you sleep . that has nothing to do with it and it is odd you told us

Dont let it control you because if you do you could develop a terrible mental condition or as some people call it demonic possession. Many people have had this and these occurences increase and your brain cant handle it and you eventually literally go nuts.
If you are talking religious it is a demonic haunting. This is when a demon is following YOU. You cant move out to escape it because it will follow you, i suggest you watch the movie called ‘paranormal activity’ and see if it relates to what is happening to you, i ******* hope not
