Can you recommend an online restaurant supplier for pots and pans that will sell to the public.

I recently read in the book kitchen confidential that the place to get the best pots and pans for the money is from a restaurant supplier instead of a department store. Can you recommend any online vendors that will sell to the public. The suppliers in my area are only open during working hours and I can never seem to get there when they’re open.

I am in a small town and we have a store here that does restaurant supply, I suspect there is a place near you that you can go into and actually see what you are purchasing. I agree that buying from a restaurant supplier gives you a far better product. They aren’t cheap though. BTW, I loved Kitchen Confidential. <3

A Best Fixture. I think the e mail is abest.com. Ricky Papaleo is the owner a great guy, I used to own a chain of over 100 pizza stores he supplied all of them. He now ships smallwares all over the country tell him Scott Granneman sent you and I’m sure he’ll knock a few bucks off of anything you buy.

Definitely try Mission Restaurant Supply. They have a great online store and they have EVERYTHING you could possibly need. I’ve shopped there many times (both for my home and my job) and I’ve always been impressed by their prices. If you can’t find what you need just by searching online, try calling them.
