		<description>The piece fell because its old,you done ok for temp job,but in future best to remove old plaster &#038; lath(messy),board over with plasterboard &#038; get someone in to plaster up(not too expensive).</description>

		<description>its wear and tear, when you can afford it overboard, don&#8217;t bother taking the ceiling down to messy and then you have to get rid of rubbish
i overboard ceilings regular like this for leeds council when you board make sure you stagger the joints then get a plasterer to skim £150 tops for plasterer</description>

		<description>Well, temporary fixes will have to be tackled later on ~ probably by someone else.  If you are good on DIY fine, do as suggested.  If not call in the Professionals ~ it is not as expensive as you think.  Try posting your job on a site called www.uktradestreet.com and see if you can get some free quotes from tradesmen rated by other customers.
