Really reliable temp wise. It replaced a counter top range that had a separate oven in the wall. I would like to put a second oven where that old one was. It’s more compact - sort of if you don’t have the room. But me - like you - do a lot of cooking even one stand alone range isn’t enough. I have a Viking - huge for the most part.
