Where can I find 3.375 inch or 85mm center to center kitchen cabinet hardware.

I have some original kitchen cabinets from 1964 or so. I want to update the hardware, however the center holes measure 3.375 (3 3/8 inches). I have not been able to find anyone who stocks these pulls. Any ideas.
