Empty the kitchen and clean and scrub everything out. Scrub out refridgerator too, Clean sinks, floor, everything. Using a clear silicone caulking, squeeze caulk along cracks on the insides of cabinets, and at the baseboards under cabinets. Sealing wall cracks and floor cracks and cracks around windows and doors into the kitchen will help seal out the pests. Spray the baseboards with Raid Ant & Roach spray, spray the inside of cabinets with the same. Line the bottoms of cabinets when dry with papertoweling or shelf liner paper, or contact paper that sticks down. Put food in plastic containers with air tight lids, so bugs can’t get in. Put food away after cooking, and wrap all leftovers and put them away. If necessary keep baked goods in freezer or fridge. Use clips to seal chip and cookie bags. Wipe down surfaces after cooking or preparing food.
If all else fails, call an exterminator.

you can get your house fumigated or take out EVERYTHING out of the pantry and draws and spray in there and throw out all the bad foods or foods you think will harbor the roaches then make the cabinets air out the next day put bak everything back in. You can also buy roach traps(there very cheap)
