I AM BEEN CHARGED WITH
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT + BURGLARY OF HABITATION.
100,000 bond 10% = 10.000
the history is like this:
i foundmy wife with another guy in her residence we where” separated” for a week she spent the whole weekend with me thurs-sunday.
on monday 2-24-09 i went to her place because she told me that she was coming back to our old house just went to drop my daughter, around 8am.
i got worried because it was around 10 am and she didnt return
so i went to her house and knock the door for a while
after several minutes i kick the door, she felt to the floor cause she was holding the door then i run to the bedroom and founf a guy standing up we got a fight she was getting in the middle ALL the time.
he run outside then come back with a somekind of steel stick
i grabbed a knife ( kitchen knife ) and redefended myself of his aggression i fight w him trying to punch him while holding the knife HE was trying to hiyt me with the stick after a few minutes he just ran and i went back to yell at my wife then i noticed blood in her tshirt
she had been cut i got in shock
help her i put some water and pressure on the cute while she was yelling at me to get out. after a few minutes i ran to my house and took off i returned to her house to see how she was doing and she wasnt there she went to her job for help.
a few minutes cops started to call me and asking to see me
they wanted to talk to me about what happened i talk some minutes w a cop telling him i was in shock, scared , angry etc.
she went to the hospital i then i was told the she had a Collapsed lung
she is already out of the hospital on thursday 2-26-09.
there is no witnesses noone saw me getting in broking in but there is evidence of that.
also
no one saw him getting out or trying to hit me.
i have no idea of her declaration
i dk if she is saying that i just broke in and stab her.
no 3rd person involved till i surrender
i talked to a lawyer and was told the first thins is surrender to show good faith + bond reduction hearing.
i know the charges are big but, nothing is like she is saying as far i know. i did not stab her
i didnt even know she was bleeding till everything ended.
I tryed to help HER.
but she is saying that i stab her.
i am going to surrender this week since i want to clear things out
i know i will not get clean since there are some points against me
breaking in + the knife self defense + no witnesses.
i am trying to see a few lawyers before surrending to see which possibles can happen
but I am scared i been in trouble before.but nothing related to violence
I was w her almost 9 years
2kids.
never got a family violence before even a fight NOTHING.
no cps nothing to show that i am a aggresive person which i am not
i know the i did not act with the best way but in that moment everything is hard.
i am not excusing myself
but I am 100% sure everything is not just what i am being accused.
PLEASE HELP ME if your a lawyer or at some point went through something similar i will apprecciated.
plumbing question about polyethylene.
By on February 27th, 2009
Is there a way of converting PE pipe to cpvc pipe without having to change the whole system. I am remodelling a kitchen in a double wide and polyethylene is the worst type of pipe around. Its an older model home and I want to change at least some of the PE lines into cpvc and hopefully someday I can change the rest but some of the pipes are well hiden under insulation and it will be too time consuming and costly to do all of it right now. Is there any fittings that will do the trick. Home Depot and Lowes sell brass compression fittings but they really dont work all that well with PE. They are intended for pex, copper, and cpvc. I could use them maybe but I just wonder if there is a better alternative. If you dont know what PE is, then please dont bother giving me any advice. I want answers from someone who knows what they are talking about. Sorry if that sounded rude, but I dont want someone telling me that doesnt know what they are talking about. Thanks in advance.
Would you make them pay child support.
By on February 26th, 2009
OK.She left him, (not because of another man), she makes more money, she provides insurance for the children (2 of them - 12 and 9). Now she pays rent, vehicle payment, utilities, etc. by herself.
He lives in a home free of charge that belongs to her mother, only pays utilities and a vehicle payment.
She only took a few furniture items out of the house along with her “personal belongings”. Left him with all of his tools, a business, 3 vehicles.
She had to buy furniture for 3 bedrooms, all new clothes for the kids, toys, kitchen stuff, etc. (you get the idea).
They agreed that she pay for the insurance for the children but they spilt the “non-covered” (20%) 50%/50%.
They agreed to shared parenting with both parents having equal amount of time with the children. Neither parent is designated the primary parent. They split everything 50/50.
Under the law, the parent that makes the most money is the parent that pays child support and that is the way that it should be to give the children the same living environment at both homes.
Would you, as a man, want to take child support from her.
Laminate flooring/wall paint color.
By on February 25th, 2009
While I am off work, I am considering a project to replace my living area carpet with laminate flooring and painting the walls there. My living room furniture is light colored. Should I go with light or dark on the flooring, paint, and rug(s). I’m not really that imaginative on such things and would like to get it right the first time. ![]()
The neighboring bedrooms will keep the plain beige carpet and white walls for now. The adjoining kitchen has light ceramic tile.
How far does a stove range need to be from a refrigerator.
By on February 24th, 2009
I am redesigning my kitchen and the only place I can think of putting the stove is next to the refrigerator. It would be seperated by a slab of plywood finished off with molding.approx 3 inches. Is this too close.
Which Colors go with Yellow for my Bathroom.
By on February 23rd, 2009
Ok I am having a bunch of problems choosing colors for my TINY Bathroom. Right now I don’t have $$ to remodel so I’m “re-surfacing” the brown tiles (Basically changing the color the easy way,) and also painting the walls.
I have included pictures of my bathroom. Some of them are poor quality. I had a horrible time uploading, so I apologize. I recommend you pause the slideshow then click on the pics individually.
I’m trying to choose between either of the yellows for the walls. Let me remind you my bathroom is TINY so I’m using this color to brighten up the room. The whole bottom half of the room is white and you should be able to see this in some of the pics. This is also why I do not want to do more white tiles. So much white in the room.
As for the color of the tiles, that’s where that color chart comes in. I know it sounds crazy but I like the 3 on the bottom right. The browns. haha. But these have a granite look to them so they should go real well with the yellow. Question is which yellow. darker or lighter and then which one from the color chart for the tiles. Or a completely different color. Just tell me what one goes with the yellow nice.
lets use yellow 1 as the light yellow 2 as the darker.
and then brown 1 2 or 3. going in the order you see them.
Sorry for such a LONG post. but I really would appreciate help.
Here are the colors.

Any other ideas would be appreciated. THANKS.
FYI
Resurfacing is basically like a spray paint that goes over the tile. but it looks nice.
and I like the green but it is in my kitchen as well and it does not open up the room.

Moving to Emirates . need cheap self storage in London.
By on February 22nd, 2009
I am moving abroad in about one week, luckily i don’t have any furniture to worry about, but i get many books, kitchen staff, hoover, old computer, etc , i would like to leave them here at least for the first 6 months, so i am looking for cheapest self storage, i don’t need 24 hours access, and there is nothing really of value, just simple things that belong to me. what do you recommend.

Anyone else experiencing things tonight. paranormal.
By on February 21st, 2009
I have things happen sometimes, but tonight seems a little more. Sounds like things being thrown and then rolling on the floor in the kitchen. Went into bathroom and my hairclip in middle of the floor. Cabinets are closed. Home alone, all my dogs asleep on the bed next to me. Weird night.
I didn’t really think about these things either. Never belived in the whole thing. Bout 4 years ago things changed. Don’t know how to explain “experiences” away and debunk. Try every logical way. Used to be freightened, but over time have accepted it. I know if it hasn’t happened to you, you won’t understand. It has to be experienced.
I wish someone was trying to have sex with me.haha
Can anybody recommend a good kitchen renovation company in the Toronto area please.

I have an old kitchen that is falling apart and was badly designed when the house was built (1960’s). I need the whole thing ripping out. I also need lots of space saving ideas incorporated in the new design. Any recommendations as somewhere to start getting quotes from please.
The kitchen is about 12′ x 10′ in size - any ideas of what to expect price wise would help as well.
Prompt mortgage payers have nothing to gain with Obama’s plan.
By on February 19th, 2009
Say you’re a prompt mortgage payer living in an affluent neighborhood. You’ve never missed a payment. But a few (say 20 out of 75) families in your neighborhood are falling behind. And foreclosures mount faster than the Palins’ can put out babies. Soon your house takes a near nosedive in value. And of course this is after you put in the new gazebo, and remodel the kitchen. Is Obama’s plan a buffer at least for those who are “responsible” home owners. To keep the house market value from collapsing. I’m slow to say responsible, because thousands have lost their home due to the Bush recession.
