Maybe you oughta cook something for your parents and then they can see for themselves that you are not that good.

If you don’t love cooking, then you should just move on to something else.

Why do something you hate. But chef and hair stulists work long hard hours but a hair stylist has a better chance of having a normal type schedule.

look.nothing is ever fun when you dont know how to do it.just like when you learn to play a sport or something, you feel intimidated and dont really wanna do it.the best advice i can give you is to just hang in there and try your best to learn as much as you can.help yourself become a better chef.just dont quit.if the other chefs laugh at you, dont listen to them.everybody has their strengths and weaknesses.you just have to find your strong point in cooking.stick it out and see what happens.and if it doent work out, you can always fall back on hair styling.but one more word of advice.if you get used to quitting when the going gets tough.youre not going to succeed in hair styling either.as for your parents.dont worry, they’ll support your decisions no matter what

Perhaps you would do better at baking rather than cooking, but look at it this way, IF you decide to quit culinary school,OK, but chalk it up to experience, at least you know how to boil water and hold a knife properly so you won’t cut your fingers off. sometimes it isn’t easy,but that goes for any job, sometimes you work 12-14 or more hours a day but you get a nice paycheck in the end.If you want to succeed in this or any other career you have to have some balls to go with it., so hang in there for a while longer and practice a lot and read some cookbooks.Hope this helps.
