hi i need farm house plans.

hi
i would like to build a farm house . and i dont want anything big at all. i dont like the plans on line because their way to modern looking and big for me. pleas i would like 3 rooms and a small bethroom attached to one room. on the upper floor.and on the bottom floor i would like a kitchen.medium sized and a livveing room and a dining room and a bathroom. please if you have any plans that you have used or know of that match this pleas give me the link or ill give my email thanks so much.

Go to home depot or lowes or similar store. They usually have quite few books with varied plans in them.
You can also talk to local builders and see what they say.

You need an architect, from your state, and maybe county.
It is illegal to give you plans, the architects do not make them public record.
Your planning department will required signed originals, you will not be able to get anything shady past them

Try the link to the site below. The farmhouse style plans are included in the country plans category. Maybe you’ll see something you like. You could also try the advanced search and narrow down your choices by choosing country plans, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you want and maybe a square footage range so you don’t have to look through all the big houses.
