For some reason we have gnats in the house. There is no dirty dishes, or garbage.

We recently had our kitchen remodeled recently, and the floor was completely torn out. There is a “basement”, not a real one tho. It is like a mud pit. I don’t know if this is why or what, but i need help on how to get rid of them. Driving me crazy.

The only thing you can do is bomb the house or spray the gnats.

I would call an exterminator. Or in not in your budget get on some raggedy clothes crawl under there and set off a bug bomb. Also one day while you’re gone or at work bomb your house. This kills all bugs.

It’s the moisture. I have noticed the same problem in my house. Remove the moisture if possible.
To kill them: place a lamp, like a reading lamp over a cup or shallow bowl with molasses or honey or anything sticky in it. Make sure the light is focused onto cup/ bowl. They are attracted to light and will get stuck in the muck.

Lots of people, including me, have had a problem with gnats this year. Put out a bowl of cider vinegar and leave it. The gnats will drown.
