		<description>I think the only way you can do this is to custom make dividers.  Since you are already in the middle of a remodel, have wooden slat dividers made to go between the dishes so they don&#8217;t move.

		<description>If you cover the bottom of the drawer with some rubber matting like you would use under a rug that didn&#8217;t have a rubber back, that should help. Since dishes stack and you already know they are in the drawer you wouldn&#8217;t open and close it that quickly anyway.</description>
