		<description>You&#8217;re on the right track.  When you match the wood, you&#8217;ll have a sense of continuity, making the area look like one instead of two rooms.  Also make sure that the furniture isn&#8217;t too big. soft and comfy overstuffed will only make the apt. look overstuffed.  Clean, sleek lines and appropriately sized will give the room a clean, airy look.  Sounds like you&#8217;re planning to paint as well, so you&#8217;ll want to go with light colors rather than dark.  You can also use accessory pillows, artwork, etc. in bold colors through the apt. to give it some pop, and again, continuity.  Most of all, ENJOY the restful sounds and sights of the ocean.</description>
