They aren’t all they seem from what I understand. It is a large upfront fee so move forward slowly. I have never talked personally with anyone that has used them. What I found out was that it was NOT worth it. From my findings unless you are a builder or designer that will use your membership on several homes you are not going to save enough to cover the $5000.
