Its a small bouqet, about wrist to elbow in length, and has roses, gerbras and some leaf things tied with a mauve ribbion.
I had my deb ball on sunday and have just kept them in a vase of water. But i want to preserve them further without all the leaves and petals falling off.
Someone told me about hanging it up side down from string in my kitchen or something.
Anyway any ideas please help.
I want to remember that night forever it was so magical and the flowers were a part of it.

Just hang it upside down, it will dry out.

ME says:
Get them out of the water right away. Dry them upside down, spray them with an adhesive when they are dry, and put them in a shadow box frame with the invite or picture from the evening.

Spring Fever says:
Hanging it upside down allows the flowers to dry out without opening up further, pick a cool, dark, dry place.

you could put it between your diary or a book and flatten it out then you can frame it

you can go to your local craft store they have stuff to dry them out i suggest after you dry them out put it in a glass case like people put modle cars or dolls in to keep the dust off

Keep it OUT of water and hang it upside down and let it dry. By keeping it IN water, that allows the blooms to open up completely and will cause the petals to fall off.
By hanging it upside down, that keeps the petals in place and prevents them from completely opening up.
After it has dried up completely.after 2-3 weeks, then spray it with some cheap hairspray to help hold everything in place.
You can then display in a shadow box or place in a shoe box for storage.
Glad you had a memorable evening.

Hang it upside down for a while. Then put it in some silica gel. That will pull all the moisture out of it. You can get the stuff and info at a good craft store of florists.
