Wow.well, you’ve already done a lot. The wind should help, but you could also try waiving a wet wash cloth in the air for 10-15 mins. I use this for cigarette smoke when someone lights up in our house (and after I’ve chased them down with a rubber spatula). That works. You might have to do it a lot. Also you could try to cover it up with scented oil burners. That stuff works wonders.

Try placing a half of lemon on a saucer with around 4-5 tablespoons of water and microwaving it for 30 to 60 seconds, or until the lemon has warmed slightly, then sprinkle 1 tsp baking soda in the water. Leave this to sit on a kitchen bench or on top of your microwave in the morning and repeat at night making a fresh one before you go to bed. If you like, you can use the solution on the saucer on a clean wet cloth, and wipe along your benchtop surfaces, walls, architraves and skirtings. This will also keep your microwave smelling fresh. Cheap and healthy alternative to buying expensive air fresheners.

try placing cotton balls or caps of vanilla flavoring around the house.
someone once told me that tea bags would absorb Oder’s and also charcoal.
My spouse is a smoker, and in the big truck we place air fresheners bought at the local dollar store for 3 dollars in a citrus scent ( it is a jell freshener in a plastic jar) found where the air freshener merchandise is sold. I notice that it removes the smoke smell out of the truck.
