		<description>I&#8217;ve got Majzlik&#8217;s &#8220;A Vegan Taste of the Caribbean&#8221; (which doesn&#8217;t help with European cuisine, I know.) and she doesn&#8217;t use soy in that - most of the ingredients are fresh and unprocessed. The recipes are quite easy, but a few  of the ingredients are a bit exotic and difficult to get hold of - but that probably wouldn&#8217;t be the same for the European books.</description>
