You’ve contacted them of course. They should have someone out there solving this problem ASAP, cleaning the carpeting in your apartment to prevent mold. I’d be on the phone demanding service.you pay the rent. Get some action going here. In the mean time, shop vacs to get the water out of the carpet, at least.
